This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Jaffa AI, having its registered office in India  (hereinafter referred to as “Entity”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“Act”), the Draft Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (“Rules”), and any applicable regulations, guidelines, or notifications issued thereunder. The provisions contained herein are binding on all persons who provide their personal data to the Entity or whose data is otherwise collected and processed by the Entity.

For the purpose of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them under Section 2 of the Act:

  1. “Data Fiduciary” in this instance means the Entity, who will be responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing of personal data.
  2. “Digital Personal Data” refers to personal data in digital form.
  3. “Data Principal” refers to the user to whom the personal data relates.
  4. “Data Processor” means any person who processes personal data on behalf of a Data Fiduciary.
  5. “Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
  6. “Processing” in relation to personal data means a wholly or partly automated operation or set of operations performed on digital personal data and includes collection, recording, structuring, storage, retrieval, use, transmission, erasure, and destruction.

  9. All personal data collected by the Entity within the territory of India in digital format, and
  10. All personal data collected outside India that pertains to offering of goods or services to individuals within India.
  11. This Policy is applicable to all Data Principals whose personal data is collected, processed, or stored by the Entity, whether directly or through third-party service providers acting on its behalf.
